  • Newsletter — your email address, used only to send occasional product and company updates. Unsubscribe any time by contacting us.
  • Visitor analytics — we count page views and the country visitors come from. IP addresses are stored only as one-way hashes and are never shared.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to remember your cookie choice, and — only if you accept — one anonymous identifier cookie to avoid double-counting your visits. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell or share personal information with third parties for advertising ("Do Not Sell or Share" under CCPA/CPRA is honored by default).

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California and the EU), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Email sales@royalcool.ae and we will respond within 30 days.

Retention & security

Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for our business records. Data is stored on secured servers with access limited to authorized staff.
